Wow! I'm really happy with my sales so far. November and now December are cooking right along. I hope I can keep this up even after the Holiday season. Zazzle is doing lots of marketing and free shipping right now, and that is definitely helping!

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving week-end. Had dinner at my house with most of my kids and grand kids. Then went up north with most of my kids, and stayed at a water park hotel. The kids had a blast. I WAS TOTALLY POOPED OUT :-) Sitting in the hot water park area was not my cup of tea lol! I spent all day today in my pj's just relaxing and taking it REAL easy. I've been working hard on my stores, and have been selling quite a few things in October and November. I am hopeful that this will continue even after Christmas. I am hopeful and peaceful

Well...It's been a while since I posted anything. I only have 2 followers, so I doubt if anyone has even noticed. BUT here I go anyway lol!
Life has been good, well pretty good anyway. MY FEET are still killing me, and I am now wondering if I don't have a stress fracture in one of them, it hurts that bad. I will be going to the doctor this week and having them checked out.
I have been working at school, AND working hard on my stores when I get home. October and November have been pretty good for sales, and I'm very grateful for that. I made a Black Friday Shopping Team design that started selling very well.

Had a great time at my sisters house tonight! It's my birthday tomorrow, so she made us dinner and we had a couple glasses of wine AND a cranberry/vodka cocktails! We had delicious hamburgers on the grill and corn on the cob. A yummy brownie sunday with whipped cream AND a toasted marshmello. We sat out by the fire and had our desert. The moon was HUGE and orange. GORGEOUS!! We had a delightful time. I love my friends and my sisters!!

We started school on Tuesday, and MAN, I'm still tired! lol My feet hurt and I'm really not in shape. I hope I will get back in the swing of things next week. I'm sure glad we have Labor Day, so I can relax and get ready for next week :-)

Started back at school today. It was great to see all of my work buddies :-)
We officially start school on Monday, so I have 4 days left of my summer break. I've been working hard on all of my stores this summer, and think that everything will come together soon. It's hard starting up small business right now, but I know that if I keep on working, it will all work out.

Home from a couple of fun days at the cabin. Girls only this time, total fun. We talked until 3AM and slept as long as we wanted. Met one sister in Bemidgi for dinner. We all had a blast. Came home tonight at about 8:30PM, to find that my husband hadn't watered ANY of my plants for the past 3 days!!! They were beautiful and I've taken excellent care of them all summer, and BOOM they are all almost dead because he just doesn't get it, and never will. It made me very sad. I watered them all immediately, and am hoping for the best. We shall see how they are in the morning. MEN....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!

WOW...summer is here, and I'm done with school till the end of August!! This gives me plenty of time to work on my 3 stores. What a great day. Went to school only to find out that the school was closed because the water main broke in the neighborhood and we had to cancel school!! YAY I got to go to lunch with my sister and then went on a lovely ride along the river. Great day.

Sweet Sweet Summer

Almost here! I can feel the humidity starting to climb. The flowers are getting fuller in their pots. We are happy and excited. JUNE WEDDINGS, GRADUATIONS.....AHHHHHHHHH BLISS!!!

What a day. We had a sub in the 5th and 6th grade classroom today. The kids were acting crazy, knowing that they could get away with murder! The poor sub had no idea what was going on. SHEESH

I'm dreaming of summer. Warm breezes blowing, puffy clouds making all kinds of wonderful shapes. Watching the hummingbirds drink the nectar from all of my beautiful flower on the deck. Reading book after book out on the deck, shaded by my lovely green umbrella. Sipping on ice tea. 2 weeks to go, and the dream becomes a reality. I am broke as a joke, but love every second of my summer :-)

Father's day is coming up soon. I sure do miss my dad. He died 10 years ago, and I still think about him almost every day. I have made a few things for my store for Father's day. I sure hope that people will take a look at the products and use them to let their dad know how much they love him.

Gray and gloomy here in MN today. Wish it was nice like yesterday. It was absolutely beautiful. Skies the color of sapphires, with a few wisps of whipped cream clouds rolling through. The temperature was about 72F. GORGEOUS day.
I worked on my store till about 12:00PM. Was exhausted.

OK....I'm excited.  I was just checking on my store, and I sold a fews products today!!  I am thrilled!!  I've been working so hard on this store.  I add new designs every day, and for quite a while...nada.  My son kept telling me to just keep on adding things, that it takes some time for these things to work.  He has 2 very successful stores on cafe press and zazzle.  I have two also, but have never had the same success.  HE really has treated this like a full time job, and I haven't until recently.  Even though these sales were small, I am still very excited and happy.  I will keep on with this, because I can see that there will definitely be light at the end of the tunnel.  My dream is to be able to quit my job within the next year or so, and work on my shops at cafe press and zazzle full time from home.  That will really truly be "mayba's dream".

Sounds of Silence

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! My kids and some of my grandkids just left after being here all day.

I babysat the grands last night, and that was all good.  The parents showed up around 3:00PM and then decided to stay for dinner.  That was all good too.  But after they leave, I am so exhausted.  I am just so happy that I have a few hours to myself before bed!  Time for me to work on my www.zazzle.com/tragetees store.
